The Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD) はロンドンに本拠地を置く、世界的な人事プロフェッショナルのための非営利団体です。英国や欧州では、CIPDが提供する人事プロフェッショナル認定基準が、人事職に就いたり、人事職のレベルを表すための指標になっています。100年以上に亘って人と組織の成長を支援し続けています。
本ウェビナーは以下の3つのポイントで、リモートワークの中での人事の役割・施策について、理論と事例を交えながらご紹介します。
1．リモートで働くチームのエンゲージメントと生産性をどのように維持・向上させるか
2．変化する時代において、組織は如何にして迅速に施策を打っていくことができるか
3．人事は現在の危機を如何に活用して、従業員の意欲と組織の競争力を高めることができるか

The CIPD is the professional body for HR and people development. The not-for-profit organisation champions better work and working lives and has been setting the benchmark for excellence in people and organisation development for over 100 years.
This webinar shows the following points throughtheoretical concept and practical examples.
1) How HR can keep employee’s engagement and productivity through HR practices in a situation where each of them works remotely,
2) How HR can agilely implement HR practices to meet change in business environment and the strategic purpose,
3) How HR takes “the change” as a opportunity and improves organizational competitiveness

May Leng Kwok, Asian Regional Head, CIPD
May Leng joined the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development in 2006. She has worked in the education sector for over 10 years with an emphasis on professional development and qualifications both within the UK and internationally.
Michael Jenkins, Chief Executive Officer at Expert Humans
The UK’s HR Magazine named Michael as one of the UK’s Most Influential Thinkers in Human Resources in 2013 and again in 2016.
He graduated from Durham University in Chinese followed by postgraduate studies in Japanese language, politics and economics at Nanzan University, Japan after which he worked for Toyota Motor Corporation.
